PUBLICATION AGREEMENT

Upon submission of your photographs/videos/illustrations/collages/drawings, etc. to LE MILE Magazine, including its prints, online, and social media platforms, you consent to abide by the following terms of publication:

The submitted photographs must be previously unpublished and not submitted for consideration to any other publication. Each photograph must be your original work and not duplicated or substantially copied from any other source.

You must hold all legal and beneficial ownership rights to all submitted photographs. Submitted materials must not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party, including confidentiality or privacy rights. Furthermore, submissions must not contain content that is obscene, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, blasphemous, defamatory, menacing, threatening, likely to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism, in violation of any laws, or encouraging any actions that could be construed as a criminal offence or infringement upon any civil liberties.

You affirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions and releases from any individuals or locations featured in the photographs and hold the right to use any materials contained within. Additionally, you assure that no animals were harmed during the production of any photographs.

The contributor hereby grants LE MILE Magazine the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and archive the submitted content in connection with the magazine‘s editorial activities. This includes, but is not limited to, use in print editions, on digital platforms (including website and social media), and in any form of editorial archive (physical or digital).
The contributor warrants that they are the sole owner of the submitted material or otherwise hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for publication, including but not limited to model releases, property releases, and third-party rights clearances. The contributor further confirms that the publication of the content by LE MILE does not infringe upon any third-party rights. Without the granting of these rights, LE MILE reserves the right to decline publication.

Compliance with these terms is a prerequisite for submission. Acceptance of these rules is mandatory and you agree to adhere to them.

You acknowledge and agree that the editorial board of LE MILE reserves the right to exclude a produced spread from publication at their sole discretion. This may occur if the submitted material does not meet the aesthetic standards and guidelines of the magazine, fails to conform to the pre-approved mood board, does not adhere to other conditions set forth by the magazine (such as minimum style count), or if there has been disregard for our Brand List. Additionally, lack of coordination and confirmation of involved models or fashion brands by the editorial team may lead to refusal. LE MILE is rooted in the freedom of journalism, which allows editors to decide what content best serves the publication‘s values and audience. In such cases, you agree not to make any claims against the magazine.

You further agree that by submitting your photographs for publication, you are bound by these rules and you confirm that you accept all rules as final and that you will abide by them. You further agree to release and hold harmless LE MILE Magazine, LE MILE Digital, lemilestudios, and their respective affiliates from any liability, claim or damage arising out of or relating to your submission and LE MILE‘s use of your submitted materials.
