In Łuków, eastern Poland, a family-owned workshop with more than thirty years of experience forms the operational core of AGAZI, where performance remains inseparable from place. Now led by the founder’s son, the factory has introduced systems that reduce material waste and tighten the relationship between design intent and resource use. More than ninety percent of the workforce are women, shaping a locally rooted company structure marked by social awareness.
