WHITE Milano Beyond the Fashion Collections
LE MILE
WHITE Milano expanded its September 2026 edition beyond clothing, adding dedicated spaces for categories that fashion retailers increasingly sell alongside it. Held from September 24–27 in Milan’s Tortona district, the fair brought together 450 brands, 24 per cent more than the previous September. The expansion changed what buyers could source within a single event, with home products and beauty joining the fashion collections.

The new More section made that shift concrete, presenting products from fragrances to table accessories. Poltronova participated with the Ultrafragola lamp-mirror, designed by Ettore Sottsass in 1970, introducing an established design object into a fair built around contemporary fashion. For retailers whose stores already combine clothes with objects for the home, this widened the buying remit without requiring a separate design-fair visit. WHITE organised the enlarged offering across additional venues and sections, giving accessories their own Nuvola area and grouping denim with streetwear in Box. On The Beach brought together around 100 resortwear collections. This arrangement gave buyers dedicated areas for individual categories, while the fair’s continuing collaboration with Cosmoprof connected the expansion into beauty with an existing specialist trade network.
The edition also opened selected spaces and activities to consumers, extending access beyond the professional buying audience. International buyers accounted for 40 per cent of attendance, according to figures supplied by the organisers and reported by Modaes, with their number rising 15 per cent year on year. Participants included Selfridges and Mytheresa, placing independent labels before retailers with international distribution.
